Hi! I'm Taylor.

Welcome to my corner of the fitness world! My journey into health and wellness started with a simple desire for self-improvement. After finishing school, I discovered the incredible impact that prioritising health and fitness has on our overall well-being – not just physically, but mentally as well.

I quickly fell in love with the benefits of moving my body and dove headfirst into group fitness classes, including HIIT circuits and strength training sessions, as well as independent gym workouts. As I delved deeper into my fitness journey, I found myself drawn to structured programs and consistency, embracing 8 or 12-week routines that allowed for progressive overload and continual growth.

My mission is to empower, educate, and support women in achieving incredible results while living fulfilling lives.

Today, my passion for self-improvement extends to empowering other women to achieve their goals and priorities their health and happiness. I believe in the power of a flexible diet, enjoying nourishing foods that support my health goals while also allowing for occasional indulgences without the guilt.

My mission is simple: to help women discover their strength, find their sparkle, and feel empowered and capable in every aspect of their lives. Join me as we embark on this journey together, supporting and uplifting each other every step of the way.
