Level 1
Level 1 of the Glute Growth Program by Train with Taylor introduces a structured 4-day split, featuring two upper body and two lower body sessions, with a specific focus on glute development. As you progress through this 8-week program, you'll gradually build strength and endurance to implement a third lower body day in Level 2. However, don't be fooled by the label as the sessions in Level 1 are just as demanding and effective as those in Level 2.
Level 2
In Level 2, the intensity increases with a 5-day split, including two upper body and three lower body sessions. With an additional day dedicated to lower body training, Level 2 takes your glute-focused workouts to the next level, allowing for more targeted sculpting and strengthening.
8 Week Bikini Body Program
Achieve the ultimate bikini body with our 8-Week Bikini Program, designed to build muscle, enhance your shape, and boost your confidence. This program is structured into two 4-week blocks, with 3 lower body sessions and 2 upper body and core sessions each week.

6 Week Full Body Program
